A coffee shop. There are plenty of them, located on virtually every corner of the entire world.  Ask yourself this question.  How many of them are NOT a Starbucks? Hopefully, the next question you are asking yourself is Why?

And the answer only comes after you have taken a course of action, after you have walked into a shop, visited the Starbucks website, and have critically analyzed the principles that the company stands for.  Starbucks, has successfully provided a platform for progress, a door that people open looking for new opportunity.  We all know the name Earvin "Magic" Johnson, his smile touches even the hardest of hearts, his success as a businessman has connected concepts that have changed the trajectory of this world.  But, remember that it was SPORTS that gave his specialness the glow it needed.........gym44

Tom Brady has led a career that speaks for itself, but all that he has done for the world of sports, will be for nothing if the "NEXT" Tom Brady doesn't understand fully the powerful words that where said above. This is a player in which people have had the luxury of watching develop into greatness, he wasn't a highly sought after prospect, seriously just look at that first picture, does that look like a guy that will lead a franchise to 3! Super Bowl wins? Not to me.  However, he never stopped working, got his opportunity and took advantage.  Now, when he speaks the world listens.  So, if his quotes strikes a chord, it may be a worthwhile investment to sponsor a try-out...........gym44

You've heard the story, "Hard Luck, Good Luck."  Father walks out, and leaves the mother with nothing but the incredibly difficult task of raising a man.  The young man finds sports, his coaches become that father figure he needs, and he goes on to make millions in the pros, and everyone lives happily ever after......

Truthfully speaking, that ending applies to a VERY small percentage of young men who are forced to live under those circumstances.  Every sports junkie knows of that first player that made him or her fall in love with the game.  Ray Lewis is that player for me, and if your reading this, there is a particular player that is emerging in your mind this very second.  We all have sports hero's, but understand that our sports hero's, became hero's.  Only after they were given door to run through..........gym44

Think to yourself, is there a moment that goes by in which you are not either thinking about a job or a relationship.  Those are the two very fundamental things in which guide every last one of our decisions, no matter who you are or where you come from, the words JOB and RELATIONSHIP provide direction for lost souls.  Which explains why the world was nothing short of, ENTHRALLED as we witnessed what took place at the 2012 London Olympics.

The sole mission of Gym44 is to give life to the sacred relationship that coaches and players share, in many ways it is no different from Parent-Child, Husband-Wife, Brother-Sister. So, how can this be captured???.....hmmm'......... A BOOK

The two years in which I was a member of the Stony Brook Football Team, I had the opportunity to wear two different brands of cleats. My first Year we were sponsored by New Balance, we went 6-5 and were co-champions of the Big South Conference.  Then during spring ball, coach announced that we made the switch to NIKE. Waves of excitement could be felt amongst the team. That year, we went 6-5 and were the co-champions of the Big South Conference.  So, what is about Nike that gets athletes so excited?

Principles, and a rear opportunity to SHOW how much they care.  In 1985, Michael Jordan was banned from wearing Air Jordans by the NBA because it did not match the Chicago Bulls uniform.  Jordan was fined $5,000 every time he wore his shoes during a game.  Therefore, Nike (without hesitation) paid the $5,000 that the NBA fined Jordan. In turn, Nike's sales go through the roof. Therefore, if you have a shoe company or clothing line, it seems to me that if you can find a way to get athletes to vouch for you, it can potentially produce some off the chart numbers for you.  Just think what the next MJ can do for your company.........Gym44

Google, is the most POWERFUL search engine in this world, and in many ways it is a reflection of our subconscious interpretations as a society.  When you type something in, Google automatically associates it with a word that is (supposed to be) related. Take a second and type in these 3 FOOTBALL!!! Coaches names and see what word gets associated.  YUP, we as a society have successfully associated the two words FOOTBALL COACH with ......SALARY.   

This hurts, not because I particularly like these three guys, or have a personal relationship with them, but I know what they represent, which in turn makes me respect them for what they DO. I or no other football junkie respects these guys for how much they get paid, the respect comes because all three of them represent a game that touches a lot of hearts.

Now, the great thing about all the information that we have on the internet is the fact that you can invite yourself to panel discussions.  Below is a link to a youtube clip, I HIGHLY recommend that you watch the full 50 Minutes, if you love football and are a bit concerned with the direction that we are taking the game.

Suppose you where asked to put the Barclays Center in one of two groups. Asset or Liability. Which one would you pick?

Asset - A useful or valuable quality, person, or thing; an advantage or resource

Liability- Something that holds one back; a handicap

The Barclay Center, along with every other arena, stadium, etc. are LIABILITIES, that become Assets only after one has figured out a way to keep it filled with people, and funded with money.  So, if your looking for a location to hold your gym44 try-outs, there is PLENTY of needed space.....I do hope you also notice the (ADVERTISEMENT) opportunity that the Brooklyn Nets have provided for Barclays Personal Banking.

2006, Marques Colston was drafted in the 7th! round, pick 252! The value that he has provided the New Orleans Saints franchise with needs no explanation from me. Just look at the Numbers, he's been a BEAST! I think this not only speaks of the quality scouts that the Saints have, but the quality and value of SCOUTING in general. Stories like Marques Colston is what gives credence to a coach simply telling a player ........."show me."

There he is in college, why don't you take a second, go to the Hofstra football website and see if there are any other Wide-Outs on the roster that have the potential to be as good, or even BETTER.

Find anyone??? Me Neither, The Hofstra football program was cut a couple years back. I did, however see at the very top of there website, an ....(ADVERTISEMENT).....Now, Marques Colston IS NOT!! the only talented player to come out of Hofstra, I know from experience ( BTW, Remember the name Miguel Maysonet and Brock Jackolski).  However, if we keep going down the path we are currently heading, how tragic would this be......you can prevent it.....by sponsoring a TRY-OUT that cost a mere $50.........gym44.com

WNBA,  a league with quality basketball, pass, shoot, rebound. Not many high flying dunks or things make the game all about 1 single player.  Its about the team, but ZOOM in on those jerseys, and you will see....... Boost Mobile, and Farmers auto Insurance ....(Advertising).  

WNBA, and women athletics in general, are not as popular as male sports, they can't depend as much on ticket sales, and the revenue that fans may provide.  This is an industry in which innovation is A NECESSITY!!......Be the company that opened the door for the next Maya Moore......gym44.com

Take a VERY close look at that picture, What do you see?  I am guessing you noticed the "phenom" KING JAMES!  Yes I noticed too, some of the most rewarding times of my life, are spent simply watching him D-Wade, and the Miami Heat not only beat teams, but beat them with STYLE. High flying dunks, alley oops, draining threes, high pressure defense, you name it.  It has been something magical to WATCH.

But, take a closer look. Closer. Have you ever thought HOW..... "KIA" got there? ADVERTISEMENT For KIA Motors. There is and always will be a constant connection between sports and advertisement, because of the quality that sports brings to spectators.
